Loosing weight

I have only 2 weeks to loose some weight. In 2 weeks it's a weddding of one of my friends and I do want to look good. Not as good as the Bride, but good :-).

So this week i'm gonna try to do every day a sport. Starting today with playing Wii games. We have Wii sports, Wii fit, Wii zumba. When i'm done with that all, i think i did enough sport for today.

Lets see, i'm gonna write down a scedule here. It's raining today so wii games are good for today. I hope that the sun is gonna shine one of these days so that i can go outside.

So:

  • Monday: Wii games
  • Tuesday: Walking
  • Wednesday: "Running"
  • Thursday: Swimming
  • Friday: Cycling
  • Saturday: Walking
  • Sunday: Nothing :-)
I hope i can do all the sports on the day that i planned.
